All orders over $400 ship for FREE (except bulk tubing orders). For orders under $400, shipping prices vary by country. Also, please know your country's customs requirements before you order. Synergy FlowArts is not responsible for no-shows or returned goods. Some countries charge duty tax, some hold packages hostage for long periods of time, some continue uninterrupted to populate the world in synergistic fiery flow :) If your order is taking a long time, touch-base with your postal service to see if they have the package (sometimes items get held for (duty tax)). Quick Wicks® often seem to arrive sooner & more smoothly than firehoops because the package is much smaller.
