Please Note: Some products involve a more complicated & lengthier crafting process than others. Remember that the delivery options (chosen at checkout) do not reflect the time it takes to craft / fulfill orders. Here you will find details about delivery options and crafting/fulfillment time.

Domestic (U.S.) Delivery Options:

USPS Parcel (2-5 day delivery)
USPS Priority/First Class (2-4 day delivery)
USPS Express (Next-Day Delivery)

International Delivery Options:

USPS Priority International (6-10+ days, depending on country)
USPS Express International (3-5 days, depending on country)

Synergy FlowArts is not responsible for no-shows or returned goods. Some countries charge duty tax, some hold packages hostage for long periods of time, some continue uninterrupted to populate the world in synergistic fiery flow :) If your order is taking a long time, touch-base with your postal service to see if they have the package (sometimes items get held for ransom /duty tax).

About Fulfillment Time:

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Certain items, like fire gear, take longer to craft, and depending on your place in line, may take up to 10 business days to complete. On the day your order is packaged and postage is printed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Although you will receive the tracking number as soon as postage is printed, information will not be live until the package is received by USPS. Although delivery generally takes 2-3 days, your items may take up to 10 business days to be crafted. In-stock items such as Quick Wicks, Model-T Firehoop, Fire Fans, Carbon Fiber Staff, Kevlar Sleeves, and other Ready-Ship products typically ship within 24 hours!

About USPS Express (Next-Day Delivery):

If you choose USPS Express for your delivery method, your order will not be bumped up in the order queue. The individual product fulfillment period applies, so choosing Express shipping will only save you roughly 1-2 days in most cases.
